a. Read newspaper pertaining to matters such as politics, international affairs etc. Understand politics in context of the Civics subject taught at school. Understand international affairs in context of it’s history and geography.
b. On reading negative or disappointing news articles, seek guidance from parents as to how he/ she can avoid getting in that situation.
c. Give his/ her books to the friends of junior class after passing final exams. Similarly try to obtain books from seniors for himself or herself.
d. Read books that develop positive thinking and approach to life.
e. Learn what vitamins and minerals are obtained from what fruits and vegetables.
